New Park Cemetery, Inc. located in Memphis, TN is happy to announce the opening of its new Exit Road from our cemetery grounds.
After many years of work with the city council in our rezoning efforts and hours upon hours of attempted changes and modifications to the requirements of getting a simple access to an existing road; We are happy to finally make the final connection and now open our new Exit Road.
This road will provide a needed exit from the back half of our cemetery grounds. On average we have 13+ interment services on Saturdays in our grounds with an average of 30+ cars in each service. With only two ways out from only the front of the cemetery and most services taking place at the back, we quickly can find ourselves stuck in a major traffic jam on our grounds.
This new Exit will hopefully provide a quick and safe exit from our cemetery grounds after each burial service.
